Returns & refunds

The short version
All sales are final. Crawlfix does not offer refunds on subscriptions or one-time audit unlocks once they have been delivered.
Why
Each scan consumes real compute: headless Chromium rendering, DigitalOcean GenAI inference, Stripe processing fees, and engineering time on detection rules and fix recipes. Once a report has been generated, the cost has been incurred and the value has been delivered.
Our free tier exists so you can verify the product fits before paying. Run the free scan, see the report, then decide whether to upgrade.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your tier stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access to every report generated during that window.
No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
One-time audit unlocks
The $9 single-audit unlock grants permanent access to the full report for the audit you paid for. Once the unlocked report has been viewed, the purchase is non-refundable.
Failed scans
If a scan fails for a reason on our side (scanner crash, infrastructure outage), we will re-run it at no charge. Scans that fail because the target URL is unreachable, returns an error, or blocks our crawler are not eligible for re-runs but also do not count against your monthly quota.
Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] with your account email and the Stripe charge id within 14 days of the charge. We review every dispute individually.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is open.
